The Flu - Natural Remedies!

My family had the flu this week, and we were surprised at how quickly these whole food supplements helped us recover. Berry Well (below) is a liquid we affectionately call Berry Swill, named after the concoction that Tigger makes in an episode of Winnie the Poo. It contains (among other things) apple cider vinegar which is not a favorite of the little children, but the adults who have been taking it consistently are not sick. I laid off taking it for a few days, and sure enough I came down with the flu, but I recovered much faster than the other kids in the family who refuse to take it. They are still very sick, and although I am not quite back to my normal self, I feel much better!

Bee Strong is a supplement that is for energy. Read my mother's testimony about it here. For the past few days, this supplement has been keepig me from falling behind on my never-ending to do list. I have more energy when I need it, and I have needed plenty to help me kick this nasty flu!

Bee Immune is similiar to the Berry Well, but is a pill. The kids will take this one, and I believe it helps. The kids were sick with other things before the flu, and those of us who were taking this pill did not get the sicknesses they had.

As with almost any sicknesses, I think that a good cup of tea is always helpful.
