I did something that I never thought I would let myself do...I let another photographer use my camera, and let her spend the entire afternoon taking pictures solely of me. It was very fun being in front of the lens for a change, and these pictures were the product of our wanderings throughout the city. Enjoy!
I have always been fascinated by water. Swimming was my primary pasttime as a little girl, and my love for the water has never stopped. I was walking in the park in search of some shots from the snowfall a few days ago before it all melted, and I saw this almost-stream made from melting snow and could not resist getting a few shots of it!
This exhibit is by far my favorite place to visit at the Louisville Zoo. You can feed the birds nectar, and they will land on your head, purse, shoulders, or anywhere! This time when we went, the birds were bathing. I got a few pictures of it!
